Maple Grove Auto Service has built its great reputation through the people on our team. We only employ people that agree with our "Customers for Life" philosophy of doing business and are willing to work as part of our team concept. They must also be self-motivated and have good work ethics. They each receive copies of our standard operating procedures manual and our employee handbook, so they each know what is expected of them in regard to not only doing a great job for our customers but also growing personally through interaction and continued education. We feel that each and every one of them is the best at what they do. In other words, we have a great team!
